iPhone 18 Pro Max – Progressive Review

Day 1 – An Annoying Surprise

The phone completely crashed while I was loading my work schedule on UKG (*cough* donate *cough* must be the dust coming out of my empty wallet 👀).

I opened the app. It attempted to scan my face, and the screen just went black for about 15 seconds before the Apple logo appeared. Um….

Annoying

Especially on a brand-new phone running “stable” software.

At the same time………..

When I finally got UKG open and pulled up me Scheduele for the coming week and asked Siri to “Add these to my work schedule calendar…” Siri did it like half the time.

Siri AI feels so much faster on this phone, almost twice as fast so far from the 17.

It’s funny that I’m impressed after being annoyed by a random crash.

Also, “Optimizing for Siri AI” is now complete. Hooray. 🎉

Now it’s time to start testing.
