Walmart backend hints at GTA 6 pre-orders

Walmart backend database suggests GTA 6 pre-orders page may be ready!
Gamers have spotted a new sign that Rockstar may be preparing to open Grand Theft Auto VI pre-orders. A dedicated GTA 6 category appeared in Walmart’s backend database, accompanied by a proper category ID and visible browse URL. While the page itself currently returns a 404 error, the structured entry suggests it is an official placeholder rather than a random search result.
This is the third retail signal pointing to an approaching pre-order window. Earlier, new title IDs for GTA 6 were quietly added to the PlayStation Store, and a verified Best Buy affiliate email listed May 18 as the expected start date for physical pre-orders. The Walmart entry aligns with those findings, implying that retailers are preparing their infrastructure ahead of an official announcement.
Internationally, some smaller retailers have already gone live. Italian store Showgame opened pre-orders for both PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X editions, even before major platforms followed. Rockstar and Take-Two have yet to make any official comment.
Do you think Rockstar will confirm GTA 6 pre-orders soon?
