Refund Policies

You can ask for a refund for digital content bought on the PlayStation Network within 14 days of purchase, as long as you haven’t started downloading or streaming the content or bought in-game consumables.

Season passes can be refunded within 14 days, too, as long as none of the content included in the pass has been downloaded or streamed.

In-game consumables can be canceled up to 14 days after purchase unless they’re bought during gameplay, in which case they are delivered immediately and cannot be refunded.
