How to Pair DualSense Edge With Apple Devices
The DualSense Edge can connect to an iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple TV, or Apple Vision Pro through Bluetooth. Apple officially supports the controller, and Sony now lets you save up to four device pairings on one DualSense Edge, making it much easier to move the controller between your PS5 and Apple devices. Check Your Apple Device First
Sony says the DualSense Edge supports Bluetooth and USB connections on devices running iOS 16.4, iPadOS 16.4, macOS Ventura 13.3, and tvOS 16.4 or newer, and all Versions of VisionOS.
Not every PS5 controller feature works on every Apple device. Sony says haptic feedback is not compatible with Mac or mobile devices, while other features can depend on the game or app.

How to Pair DualSense Edge With an iPhone or iPad
Start with the DualSense Edge turned off and disconnect any USB cable.
- Press and hold the Create button.
- While holding Create, press and hold the PS button.
- Keep holding both until the controller’s light bar starts flashing.
- Open Settings > Bluetooth on your iPhone or iPad.
- Find the DualSense Edge in the available Bluetooth devices.
- Tap the controller to connect it.
Apple says the same basic Bluetooth process works with the DualSense and DualSense Edge. If the controller pairs but does not connect, press and release the PS button. Apple provides the pairing and reconnect steps.
How to Pair DualSense Edge With a Mac
Put the controller into pairing mode by holding Create + PS until the light bar flashes.
On your Mac, open System Settings > Bluetooth, find the DualSense Edge under nearby devices, and connect it.
You can also connect the controller directly through USB. Apple says the DualSense Edge automatically pairs and connects when plugged into a supported Apple device with a USB cable that handles both data and charging. Apple explains wired controller connections.
How to Pair DualSense Edge With Apple TV
Put the DualSense Edge into pairing mode with Create + PS.
On Apple TV, you can open Control Center, select the Game Controllers button, and choose the controller. Apple also provides Bluetooth device controls under Settings > Remotes and Devices > Bluetooth. Apple explains Bluetooth device pairing on Apple TV.

Save Up to Four Devices on DualSense Edge
The most useful option for gamers with several devices is the DualSense Edge’s multi-device pairing system.
Sony says a controller can remember up to four pairings, with each device assigned to its own slot. Sony explains how the four pairing slots work.

To assign a device manually, make sure the controller is off, then hold the PS button and the action button for the slot you want for more than five seconds. Once the controller flashes, open Bluetooth on the Apple device and select the controller. Sony provides the full registration steps.
After everything is set up, switching is easier. Turn on the device you want to use, then hold PS + the action button assigned to that device for about three seconds. The DualSense Edge will connect to the device stored in that slot. Sony explains how to switch between registered devices.
You could use one slot for your PS5, another for your iPhone, another for your Mac, and another for Apple TV instead of going through Bluetooth pairing every time.
