3 Labor Day Gaming PC Deals Worth Checking This Weekend
Labor Day sales are giving PC gamers a few chances to save on complete gaming desktops before the weekend ends. Current deal tracking shows several systems with RTX 5060 and RTX 5070 graphics at lower prices, including options near $1,000 and $1,500. The best choice depends on how much you want to spend and whether you play at 1080p or 1440p. Prices can change fast, so gamers should check the final price before buying.
A budget RTX 5060 PC for $1,079.99
The ABS Cyclone Aqua is currently marked down from $1,399.99 to $1,079.99 at Newegg. The system has an Intel Core i5-14400F, an RTX 5060, 32 GB of DDR4 memory, and a 1 TB SSD. PC Gamer notes that a promo code is needed for the full discount.
Gamers shopping around the $1,000 mark get a lot of memory and enough storage to start a solid game library. The older DDR4 memory is the main trade-off compared with newer DDR5 systems.
An RTX 5060 Ti system for $1,249
The CyberPowerPC Gamer Xtreme is down from $1,639.99 to $1,249 at Walmart. The desktop pairs an RTX 5060 Ti 8 GB with an Intel Core Ultra 5 250KF Plus, 16 GB of DDR5 memory, and a 1 TB SSD.
The faster graphics card makes the CyberPowerPC a stronger step up for gamers who can spend a little more. The system only includes 16 GB of memory, so a future memory upgrade may be useful for heavier PC use.
An RTX 5070 PC for $1,499
The MSI Codex R2 AI is listed at $1,499 at Walmart after a $500.99 discount. The system includes an Intel Core Ultra 7 265F, an RTX 5070, 16 GB of DDR5 memory, and a 1 TB SSD. PC Gamer recommends the setup for 1080p and 1440p gaming.
Which deal makes the most sense?
- Spend less: The ABS Cyclone Aqua gives you 32 GB of memory while staying close to $1,000.
- Middle option: The CyberPowerPC Gamer Xtreme moves up to an RTX 5060 Ti without reaching $1,500.
- More graphics power: The MSI Codex R2 AI gives you an RTX 5070 for $1,499.
Gamers should compare the final checkout price before ordering because sale prices and stock can change during the weekend. A desktop with the right graphics card now can also save you from needing a costly GPU upgrade soon after buying the PC.
